We are seeking dynamic and motivated professionals to join our Finance Solution Development team as Finance Functional Analyst. Profile

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of finance and accounting principles with a strong inclination towards ICT.
  • Experience with ERP software implementation within the Finance domain is a significant plus.
  • Experience with or understanding of finance flows.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Motivated, self-disciplined, well-structured, and adaptable in your work style.
  • Collaborative team player who thrives in a cooperative environment.

Desired Skills

  • Previous experience as a business analyst in an international ICT service environment is beneficial.
  • A strong service-oriented approach with a focus on end-user support and problem resolution.
  • Proficiency in data manipulation, technical aptitude, and a service-oriented approach to ERP solutions.
  • Ability to develop and deliver training materials and sessions for end-users.
  • Familiarity with common IT tools (Office365).

 

Main Responsibilities

  • Gather and analyze data on business processes and workflows.
  • Identify patterns, investigate root causes, and propose effective solutions.
  • Present findings to stakeholders through clear visualizations and reports.
  • Manage escalations to specialist support teams as needed.
  • Utilize IT support tools to accurately diagnose user issues.
  • Document functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Develop and enhance the knowledge base and optimize procedures.
  • Prepare and maintain software documentation and user manuals.
  • Design and analyze reports to support business needs.
  • Create and execute test scenarios for new functionalities.
  • Follow onboarding procedures, tutorials, and training plans.
  • Potential for occasional international travel for training and project work.
