Customer Service Representative

Karposh or Aerodrom, Skopje (on site)
08:00 to 16:00 or from 09:00 to 17:00.

Main activities:

Your Role
-As a Data Processor, you will work closely with our operations team to support and manage logistics data in various systems.

Key Responsibilities
-Processing inbound and outbound orders in the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
-Managing transport planning, stock levels, and time registrations
-Monitoring productivity data and generating relevant reports
-Entering and analyzing data in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
-Creating labels and transport orders; conducting setup and quality control
-Full transport follow-up, including Track & Trace
-Managing KPIs and preparing performance reports
-Supporting purchasing processes and invoice data tracking

Qualifications and Skills:
-University degree
-Fluent in English (spoken and written)
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Excellent attention to detail with a logical and structured approach
-Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work both independently and as part of a team
-Experience working with databases and data entry
-Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

Preferred:
-Experience with ERP/WMS software
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-Initiative-driven, accountable, and proactive mindset
-Ability to understand business development opportunities and contribute to company growth

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:00 or 09:00–17:00, shifts are also available depending on your preference
