Job Summary

The AI Solutions Specialist will support and optimize the use of AI technologies and provide comprehensive training and documentation. This role requires a proactive approach to developing AI-powered solutions, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Developing and Customizing Agents & AI solutions

· Design, create and customize agents to meet specific business requirements.
· Implement advanced functionalities and integrations within agents.

AI Support

· Provide support for the use of AI solutions, including prompting support and technical assistance.
· Assist users in leveraging AI tools to optimize workflows and productivity.
· Quickly understand users’ pain points and propose tailored AI-driven solutions.
· Coach users on how to effectively interact with AI agents to achieve desired outcomes.

User Training and Documentation

· Conduct training sessions for end-users and stakeholders on using AI solutions.
· Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for AI agents and integrations.

Collaboration and Project Management

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
· Manage projects related to AI development and integration, ensuring timely delivery.

Continuous Improvement and Innovation

· Stay updated with the latest developments in AI technologies.
· Propose and implement improvements to enhance the performance and capabilities of agents.

Qualifications and Skills

Educational Background

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
· Experience with AI technologies and frameworks.
· Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
· Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and its suite of applications.

Experience:

· Minimum of 5 years of work experience.
· Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Power Pages)
· Experience in developing and customizing AI agents or similar technologies is a plus.
· Experience in integrating software solutions with existing systems and workflows.
· Previous experience in providing technical support and troubleshooting.
· Experience in AI Foundry is a plus but not required.
· Knowledge of Copilot Studio and its functionalities is a plus.

· Ability to quickly understand users’ pain points and propose tailored solutions.
