We are an administrative logistic center who is working for large international clients, active in plastics, Iron & steel, paper, tires, overall general cargo, commodities (cacao and coffee), wood and transport. You will be a part of a team and will be responsible for providing correct and important logistic information towards these clients, in order to process the daily logistic flows all over the world. Main tasks:

Your Role -As a Data Processor, you will work closely with our operations team to support and manage logistics data in various systems. Key Responsibilities -Processing inbound and outbound orders in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) -Managing transport planning, stock levels, and time registrations -Monitoring productivity data and generating relevant reports -Entering and analyzing data in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications -Creating labels and transport orders; conducting setup and quality control -Full transport follow-up, including Track & Trace -Managing KPIs and preparing performance reports -Supporting purchasing processes and invoice data tracking
