IT Support Analyst

Job Description We are looking for enthusiastic new colleagues to join our Finance Solution Development team in the role of IT Support Analyst. You are joining a team that provides exceptional 1st level support towards our business stakeholders. You handle inquiries, analyze problems, follow procedures. You provide solutions to problems of varying complexity with proficiency in English. We are currently implementing a new global Finance- and procurement ERP solution, so good hyper-care and support of our end-users will be crucial. Main activities: · Accurately identify user problems via the IT support tools provided. · Accurately identify the cause of problems and determine the most suitable solution. · Accurate and timely escalation of problems to specialist support teams (escalation management). · Analyze processes and data using international standards. · Build up the knowledge base and optimize procedures. · Prepare, review, and analyze software documentation and user manuals. · Capture functional and non-functional requirements. · Prepare user stories with acceptance criteria. · Identify business changes, its impact and document the process. · Correct identification of the cause of the problem and determination of the most suitable solution. · Write and execute functional testcases. · Create and follow-up request for change when user asks new features to the application. · Follow our well-defined on-boarding procedure, tutorials, videos, and training plans. · Occasional international travel for trainings and projects may be required.
