We are looking for new enthusiastic new colleagues to join our Finance Solution Development team in the role of as Finance Support Analyst.
We are looking for a teammate with excellent English knowledge, exited to provide 1st level support and solutions towards professional our users. You will be answering questions, analyzing problems and come up with a solution for simple and complex incidents.
Additionally, you will also be working closely with the software development team for the purpose of testing our newly developed functionalities, also and preparing software documentation whenever necessary. As our team is currently in the process of implementing a new global Finance ERP solution, a good hyper care and support of the end-users will be crucial.

Responsibilities as a Finance Support Analyst:
• Accurately identifying user problems via IT support tools and remote tools
• Accurately identifying the cause of problems and determining the most suitable solution
• Accurate and timely escalation of problems to specialist support teams;
• Following up on incidents making sure they are resolved
• Creating change requests when professional users request a new feature
• Documenting solutions in a knowledge base, and suggesting improvements to the existing ones
• Take part in the hyper care for new implementations
• Testing of new software functionalities
