Infrastructure Projects & Platform Operations Role Overview As a Datacenter System Engineer, you will be responsible for building, maintaining, and improving our on-premises enterprise infrastructure. Your role focuses on delivering infrastructure projects, deploying platform changes, and ensuring long-term stability, performance, and standardization of the datacenter environment. As this is not a pure support role, you will actively own and evolve the infrastructure platforms you work on. You will join our global Build & Run team. To support company growth, we are looking to hire multiple System Engineers with a variety of technical specialties. Key Responsibilities · Design, implement, and deploy datacenter infrastructure solutions. · Maintain and optimize existing virtualization, backup, and storage platforms. · Deliver infrastructure upgrades and improvement projects. · Deploy changes following formal change management processes. · Provide advanced 3rd line support for complex datacenter issues when required. · Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term fixes. · Maintain technical and design documentation. · Collaborate with global IT teams on standards and best practices.
