Your engineering skills will enable you to build end-to-end data pipeline flows to prepare data for reporting and visualization. You are expected to align with business users to gather requirements. Function: As a “Data Analyst”, you will be working for the Business Unit (BU) of Consumer Goods and Industry. Our software department keeps developing its own in-house Warehouse Management System (WMS) software. This means that our data model is flexible, ensuring that we can meet the evolving needs of our clients and industry. -The "Data Analyst" is responsible for evaluating functional reporting requirements, designing BI technical/Visual solutions and working together with developers to improve data processes. -As a “Data Analyst”, you can also act as a first line support for solving problems such as software bugs, performance issues, resolving operational mistakes and monitoring BI processes. -As a “Data Analyst”, you will be the Lead communicator between the business stakeholders on Changes and Projects. -As a “Data Analyst”, you will be responsible for keeping documentation up to date. (User Manuals, Technical documentation, Procedures) Data Analyst activities: -Lead communicator between the business stakeholders and BI team. -Gather and Evaluate end-user and business owner/stakeholder functional requirements/mockups. -Design and document technical solutions to complex requirements using BI Tools. -Design and develop interactive data visualizations and enable end-user self-service & ad hoc analysis. -Organize internal customer meetings to discuss issues, methodologies and change requests/Projects. -Act as a first line support in solving incidents and bugs. -Analyze results and report to stakeholders.
