Join our transformative team at Support and Solution Center MK and lead AI innovation! As an AI Support Specialist, you will be instrumental in the implementation of AI in the company’s processes. Engage in essential operational and training activities to drive operational excellence and boost user proficiency. Key Responsibilities: · Provide support for Microsoft 365 Copilot, including prompting and use case support. · Assist users in optimizing their workflows with M365 Copilot. · Understand user pain points and propose tailored solutions. · Coach users on effective interaction with AI agents. · Offer first-level support and troubleshoot user issues. · Maintain and document AI tools and workflows, including user guides and tips. · Plan and execute communication campaigns for AI tools. · Collaborate with users and stakeholders to develop AI use cases. · Collect and analyze feedback to identify improvement opportunities. · Conduct internal MS365 Copilot training and document common issues. · Stay updated on prompt engineering best practices and AI technologies.
