Job Summary
We are looking for a senior technical expert who can design, build, and troubleshoot advanced AI solutions end‑to‑end. You will be the go‑to person for complex technical questions, unblock team members, and ensure our AI solutions – from AI agents to ML models to Microsoft cloud‑native deployments – are built on solid, scalable foundations.

Key Responsibilities
Technical Unblocker & Expert Support
· Act as the senior technical reference point for the team.
· Help troubleshoot complex issues in AI pipelines, agents, integrations, and cloud environments.
· Coach team members on architecture patterns, best practices, and efficient problem solving.
AI Engineering & Architecture
· Design and implement AI solutions using Azure AI services (e.g. Foundry, Azure OpenAI, RAG, MCP, …) and related services.
· Translate business problems into clear technical designs, architectures, and implementation approaches.
· Build and extend AI agents with plugins, connectors, tool/function calling, and enterprise integrations.
ML / MLOps Foundations
· Set up and maintain the ML/GenAI engineering framework (experiment tracking, CI/CD, evaluation, monitoring).
· Build and deploy ML models and GenAI components in Python.
· Implement quality, performance, cost, and safety evaluation loops.
Cloud & Platform Engineering
· Containerize and deploy workloads using Docker, serverless components, and Azure cloud services.
· Provide deep technical input on DevOps, CI/CD, networking, identity, and security configurations needed for AI workloads.
Integration & Delivery
· Ensure solutions are production-ready: scalable, observable, secure, and compliant.
· Build robust APIs and services integrating AI components with enterprise systems.
Collaboration and Project Management
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
· Manage projects related to development and integration, ensuring timely delivery.
Continuous Improvement and Innovation
· Stay updated with the latest developments in AI.
· Propose and implement improvements to enhance the performance and capabilities of existing AI solutions.
Qualifications and Skills
Must-Have
· 7+ years in AI/ML engineering, data/ML platform engineering, or comparable roles.
· Strong Python skills (data processing, ML, API services).
· Deep hands-on experience with Azure AI (e.g. Foundry, …).
· Experience building (complex) AI agents, as well as with traditional ML, evaluation, and lifecycle.
· Practical experience with Docker, CI/CD, cloud architecture, and secure deployments.
· Ability to turn unclear problems into clear technical designs.
· Experienced with the Microsoft technology stack
· Ability to create and maintain comprehensive documentation.
Nice-to-Have
· Knowledge of data lakehouse platforms (Fabric, Databricks) and its AI capabilities.
· Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
· Experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio integrations.
Educational Background
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
· Experience with AI technologies and frameworks.
