Business Analyst

In order to increase our team, Support and Solution Center MK is looking for a Business Analyst to reinforce our team. As a Business Analyst you will analyze, test, document and improve business processes and ERP systems related to our business organization. You will be answering questions, analyzing problems, defining procedures and coming up with solutions for simple and complex incidents. After a training period you will also take part in different worldwide IT projects.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Capture, validate and describe business procedures and requiremnts, including key performance indicators (KPIs), requirements and make recommendations for changes.
  • Design the functional analysis (BPMN and UML) based on the needs of the business.
  • Validate the technical solution implemented by the development team.
  • Capture functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Write user stories.
  • Analyze and design reports for the business.
  • Functional design for the integrations.
  • Write and execute functional testcases.
  • Design and execute End-to End testing
  • Design and execute system integration testing.
  • Document, track, and prioritize requirements from the business.
  • Investigate problems for their root cause.
  • Accurate identification of user problems via IT support tools and remote tools.
  • Accurate and timely escalation of problems to specialist support teams.
  • Correct identification of the cause of the problem and determination of the most suitable solution.
  • Follow up with different stackeholders to ensure that the issue has been resolved.
  • Create and follow-up request for change when user asks new features to the application.
  • Build up knowledge base and optimize procedures.

  • Training will be provided and regular traveling to Belgium may be required.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor/master’s degree or equivalent by experience.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience with ERP systems.
  • Experience with BPMN and UML.
  • Previous experience in ICT user-support and client service is an asset.
  • Express yourself fluently in both spoken and written English.
  • 5+ years of experience.
