IT Business/Functional Analyst

08:00-16:00; 09:00-17:00 Monday till Friday

We are looking for enthusiastic new colleagues to join our Finance Solution Development team in the role of IT Business/Functional Analyst.
You have an analytical mindset, and you like to come up with solutions for problems of varying complexity. You can provide professional support towards our business stakeholders with proficiency in English.
You will be working closely with our technical team with the purpose of testing newly developed functionalities and prepare software documentation and procedures for these solutions.
We are currently implementing a new global Finance- and procurement ERP solution, so good hyper-care and support of our end-users will be crucial. This is a career-defining opportunity within an established and successful business where colleagues are empowered to improve and learn.

Main activities:

· Gather data and conduct analysis on business processes and flows
· Identify issue patterns and problems, research root cause and propose suitable solutions.
· Present results to stakeholders through compelling visualizations and reports.
· Escalate problems to specialist support teams as necessary (escalation management).
· Accurately identify user problems using the IT support tools provided.
· Capture functional and non-functional requirements.
· Build up the knowledge base and optimize procedures.
· Prepare software documentation and user manuals.
· Analyze and design reports for the business.
· Prepare and execute test scenarios.
· Follow our well-defined on-boarding procedure, tutorials, videos, and training plans.
· Occasional international travel for trainings and projects may be required.


· Bachelor/Master’s degree in computer science, business, or related field.
· Able to express yourself fluently in English (speaking and writing).
· Excellent overall communication skills.
· Strong organizational, analytical, decision-making skills and problem-solving mindset.
· Motivated, self-disciplined, well-structured, and flexible are characteristic for how you work.
· Collaborative approach, working well with others.

Desired skills:

· Experience with or knowledge of, finance and accounting principles with affection towards ICT is an asset.
· Experience with or knowledge of, finance flows is an asset.
· Experience as a business analyst in an international environment offering ICT services is an asset.
· Experience with implementation of ERP software within the Finance domain is a strong plus.
· Data manipulation skills, technical aptitude, and a service-focused approach towards ERP solutions.
· Experience with using common IT tools (Office365)
