Engineering Administrator

At Support and Solution Center MK, we pride ourselves on being a pivotal link between suppliers, customers, and our operational teams across various business units. We are currently seeking an Engineering Administrator to join our dynamic Purchasing department as a part of the Energy Engineering Team. This role is crucial in managing and coordinating the engineering team operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes that align with our standards and values.

Key Responsibilities:

– Act as the primary contact, liaising between suppliers/customers, operational teams, and engineering teams.
– Handle communication through the general mailbox, resolving issues, and performing system-related tasks.
– Oversee monthly and quarterly invoicing, financial alignment, and creation of purchases for the engineering team.
– Generate reports, analyze costs/revenues, and compare data between different periods.
– Monitor and manage invoices and payments, maintaining clear communication with suppliers, customers, accountants and the engineering team.
– Handle communication with suppliers, negotiate offers, and ensure smooth on-site operations during maintenance or repairs for the engineering projects.
– Create and manage purchase orders for the engineering team.
– Monitor and follow up on maintenance tasks, communicating with suppliers and the team.

Qualifications and Skills:

– University degree in Engineering, Economics, Management, or equivalent through experience.
– Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel).
– Excellent English proficiency (both spoken and written).
– Knowledge of procurement and financial flows is a plus.
– Knowledge or Experience working on Energy Engineering projects is also a plus.
– Strong communication skills – written, spoken, and listening.
– Ability to work under multiple and overlapping deadlines and handle pressure.
– Attention to detail and accuracy.
– Logical and collaborative approach to tasks.
– Problem-solving and strong analytical thinking.
– Customer-oriented mindset.
